On Monday 12th of June 2017, the AGROCYCLE project was presented by EUBIA during the EUBCE poster presentation session. The presentation was focused on explaining the scope of the project in providing sustainable agricultural waste valorisation pathways, contributing to the EU target of reducing food waste by 50% by 2030.
Delegates from scientific research, industry and policymakers from 66 countries with more than 800 presentations from 3,800 authors and five workshops on different subjects of the biomass sector.
The 25th European Biomass Conference and Exhibition event represented an opportunity for knowledge exchange and discussions on latest scientific findings, industrial progress and policy landscape shaping this sector. The conference opened with a discussion on the indispensable role of biomass on the view of Paris Agreement.
